Channel Islands Chamber Orchestra Presents YOUNG ARTISTS CONCERT

 

The Channel Islands Chamber Orchestra, Dr. KuanFen Liu Artistic Director celebrates the third concert of its 17^th Season with YOUNG ARTISTS featuring the 7 winners from our Young Artists audition 2019.  They will have the unique experience of playing in front of our full chamber orchestra.  These young people are accomplished, award-winning individuals who have dedicated their lives to the pursuit of excellence in classical music.   There will be pre-concert ‘Talk Back’ with our young artists as well as our guest conductor, Daniel Newman-Lessler.  Come listen as they share their classical journey and take the opportunity to answer  some of your questions.  This is a perfect concert to bring your own young, aspiring artists!

The concerts will be Saturday, February 8 at 7:00 p.m. at Rancho Campana Performing Arts Center, 4235 Mar Vista Dr, Camarillo and Sunday, February 9 at 3:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 1338 E. Santa Clara St, Ventura.
