Art à la Mode is a gala event which celebrates the creative community of Studio Channel Islands and those who champion the arts in our county. Each year the Board of Director at Studio Channel Islands honor an individual who has given exceptional support to the organization with the Medici Award. The award is given to someone whose passion and commitment to the success of the organization is unparalleled and whose work deserves the highest recognition that we have to offer.
Studio Channel Islands Art Center (SCIART) has announced Edith Santangelo as the recipient of the 2023 Medici Award, the highest recognition presented by SCIART.
