Commissionable Rate
- Long Term Stay Rate Rate is based on length of stay and any reservation changes (such as early departure) may result in changes to the original rate. The original rate will be adjusted to the current retail rate for nights stayed.
- For stays greater than 25 days, guest must check with Front Desk staff for reservation availability and extension.
