Take A Fall Treats and Eats Tour Through Camarillo

It’s Fall and you know what that means, right?! Pumpkins, pumpkin spice, apple picking and pies, corn mazes and every Fall treat I can get my hands on. Take a Fall treats and eats tour through Camarillo with me! I’m dishing out on a ton of Autumn seasonal treats and eats to be found in Camarillo.  

With Fall comes all things cozy and pumpkin spice. From the changing of leaves into a beautiful burst of yellow, orange and red to pumpkin patches and apple picking and yummy Autumn inspired foods and treats, Fall has so much to offer. 

When it comes to Fall here in Camarillo there are plenty of Fall treats and eats to be found around town. From all things pumpkin spice to Fall decorating cookie kits and creamy bowls of Autumn squash soup, you’ll love this foodie’s tour through Camarillo in the Fall! 

So many Autumn inspired drinks to be had! 

Nothing says Fall like a Pumpkin Spice Latte. Pick one up at Old Town CafeCafe FicelleOld New York Deli & Bakery Co. or Starbucks! How about a Pumpkin Pie Latte, hot or iced, from Cracker Barrel?  

Not big on pumpkin spice? Pick up a Cinnamon Crunch Latte at Panera Bread or a Apple Crisp Macchiato at Starbucks

Cafe Ficelle Fall specials also include a Cafe Miel, Maple Latte and a Spiced Caramel Apple Cider. While at Cafe Ficelle be sure to pick up one of their adorable Fall cookies, a Pumpkin Macaroon and don’t forget to order your Fall decorating cookie kit off of their Thanksgiving menu.

Get your fill of pumpkin pancakes and pastries around town 

Then there’s all the pumpkin pancakes! Visit Eggs ‘n’ ThingsBraxton’s Kitchen, and Old Town Cafe to get filled up! Try Old Town Cafe’s unique version of Bacon Pumpkin Pancakes through November. 

Head on over to the Bread Basket Cake Company for delicious Fall loaves like their Pumpkin Spice and Apple Brioche Loaves. Or how about a Maple Pecan Danish, Pumpkin Cranberry Muffin, Apple Pumpkin Cranberry or a Pecan Pie?!  

At Fine Sconehenge Baking Company you’ll find amazing pastries like their Gingerbread and Maple Pecan Scones and Gingerbread Cookies.

There’s no doubt that Camarillo Cupcake has the best cupcakes in town! And when it comes to Fall flavors there are so many options! Stop by to see what’s in the shop or get these flavors like Apple Cinnamon, Apple Pie, Butter Pecan, Pumpkin, among many other amazing flavors, made to order. They also make the cutest Oreos for Halloween and Christmas, but I have it on good word that they can be special ordered for Fall as well!  

For a creamy treat check out Rori’s Artisinal Creamery, located in The Mark, for a scoop or two of ice cream in their cinnamon butter waffle cones. Try their seasonal flavors Vegan Caramel Apple, Dirt and Worms (rich chocolate ice cream, gummy worms, brownie crumbles) and Campfire S’Mores. 

Savory dishes and meals 

Start at SLATE Bistro & Craft Bar for fall inspired savory dishes created by Chef Rafael Tavira. These savory dishes like Butternut Squash soup, Winter Risotto, New York Steak with peppercorn sauce, and Pecan Crusted Brie will give you all the Fall feels. 

Dine out at Lure Fish House for amazing dishes like their Butternut Squash and Quinoa Harvest Salad, fresh seasonal fish dishes, farm to table sides like organic sautéed veggies, almond pesto cauliflower, and crispy brussel sprouts and finish with their Seasonal Pumpkin Cheesecake (available through the holiday season). 

Fill up on Butternut Squash Raviolis at Ottavios or Manhattan. Indulge in fall favorites like the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and Autumn Squash Soup at Panera Bread.
